"One good thing," she said, about being in this wheelchair,"is that I get to look at blokes' bottoms." Every cloud, they say, has it's silver lining. But this lady doesn't know if she'll still be on earth, with her children, at Christmas. People are afraid to talk to her because of her chair; they don't know what to say.
What do you say?
"Hi! What's your problem then?"
Chatting with her was a pleasure.
"I often see you about," she told me...."Always smiling, always so relaxed." But I can relax. I can live life, whatever it throws at me, because I know I have my health, my joy, my family....the lady in the chair, I discovered, has a wicked sense of humour!
We'll get together over the summer, and I shall be glad to be her friend.

Aren't people just amazing? Isn't she amazing and you too - you were not scared of talking to her and she blessed you with laughter.
