I suppose it's one of those things that has to de done!
I must admit, there are days when it would be grand to be on a desert island, with peace and quiet and a few carefully selected discs....and a few carefully selected friends! I drove along the seafront this morning, and the sea was so pretty, with the shadows of the clouds giving contrast here and there; sometimes we need the option of light and shade!
Last night there was a beautiful rainbow over the sea, a perfect arc. God's promise, they say, that there will be no more floods on the scale of Noah's. Presumably, that would be a promise we have made to ourselves, that we will all wake up in time to prevent catastrophe, that we will remember where we are from and what we should be doing, and make all things heavenly.
What are my heavenly moments, just now?
Chatting with friends, helping the children create something beautiful, bumping into someone out of the blue and realising how lovely they are, daydreaming about life changes......those heavenly moments help us through each day, feeling love and joy, being bright and exuberant.
Look for the light my friends; it's so much more fun!!!
