The trouble with distancing oneself from TV and the mainstream media is that some things can pass by unnoticed.
In a petrol station earlier I saw a magazine was featuring Patrick Swayze's last days. I was not what you'd call a fan, obviously, but he seemed to be a good husband and family-man and his Dirty Dancing was a feature of my younger days that I very much enjoyed.
For all those grieving, for whatever reason, I send out love today, as well as srength and courage. It is always better to let grief take its course; it can not be rushed. Myself, I believe that the bond of love is unbreakable so, even if a loved one is no longer physically beside us, they will always be there in spirit.
