Look at these two; a proper pair of cherubs!
Well, tomorrow is St Valentine's Day, and I wish you all hearts and flowers and lots and lots of love. For some reason, my daughter finds me a constant source of amusement at the moment. Well, it's good to spread joy and happiness, and while she's happy we get much more done....
But then, when we're connected to Love and Laughter it is far easier to be "In the zone," as they say. One of Paul McKenna's tips for getting there is to think of the happiest thing you can while pressing together the tips of the thumb and fourth finger so that your mind associates joy with this physical action which is also, I believe, a mudra designed to open the heart chakra.
There are many paths up the mountain; some use Sanskrit Mantra and Mudra while others use NLP. The fact that, in this instance, they are very much alike is unimportant.
St Valentine's Day is a day to remember love.
Love is all around you, actually; All you need is love, and the love affair you have with yourself is the most important one of all. We may not all get cards, roses and chocolates; after my recent cheesey eperience I might be glad of that (!) though, if anyone feels like.......
Big Hugs to everyone xxxxx
